While in high school, best friend duo Chase Lane and Jacob Ipock stayed up until 3:00 AM every night playing video games, eating candy, and drinking energy drinks. They did little in the name of self betterment, and had no clue what they wanted to do with their lives. They both hated the way things were going. They both were seeking change, and were eventually blessed enough to stumble upon Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. This kickstarted them into an epic journey in the name of becoming better men. They started pursuing physical, mental, and spiritual endeavors, and they like to believe they are on a better path. They understand how easy it is to fall into an undisciplined life, and would like to share their story as to how they are escaping it.
Chase Lane is a 20 year old student at Regent University. He is majoring in business management, and double minoring in Christianity & culture as well as political philosophy. He enjoys reading, working out, and surfing. He is a practitioner of Jiu-Jitsu, and loves studying the philosophy, history, and culture behind martial arts. In an attempt to further his separation from todays societal norms, he decides to co-start a podcast with his lifelong best friend.
Jacob is a 20 year old studying business management at TCC. He is your average nerd, as he enjoys video games and Star Wars, but also enjoys playing guitar and more recently, reading. Always on a journey to better himself, he co-starts a podcast in hopes of not only inspiring others, but learning more about himself as well.
